In Today’s Episode

In this episode, I sit down with my friend Nate to explore what it really means to find balance when you’re often “in your head.” We talk about grounding in the body, creating structure without rigidity, and learning to listen inward to discover what actually works for you—not anyone else.
The wellness world offers many paths.
But only your path will lead you home.
The goal isn’t perfection or control, but presence, connection, and finding your own flow.
✨ And don’t forget—my Rooted in the Rush wellness toolkit launches in just 10 days. Subscribe to get notified when it’s released!
Today’s Poem
Mother’s Favor
by Kellion Knibb
—🎧 Listen to the poem above 🎧—
The sun brighter than I remember it to be trees sway still where I left them leaves a golden green beauty untamed scattered along color-filled trails of bushes unclaimed flowers spored from nothing but the divine will of soil untilled The air, I forgot, is clean I look up and see God dancing through the trees calling herself Wind I’m wrapped with views, distant valleys, embellished with skies so blue the ‘lores of mother’s favor must be true From time to time I sit, mind unoccupied, to witness the blessings of nature that the weight of our adulting has taught us to forget I sit basking in her glory asking, surely, she won't let me forget again
