In Today’s Episode
Who would you be if things turned out differently?
“I’m not like my old self. I'm not in character anymore, I'm me.” - Damon Albarn
Lately, my reflections center on who I could have been, who I have become, and the values that have guided me here.
Love. Community. Peace. Sustainability. Freedom.
When I started this value assessment exercise a month ago, I was sure growth and ease would make the list, but I decided they were not expansive enough for me.
I am growth-oriented and enjoy an easeful life, but only thanks to my highest values: love, community, peace, sustainability, and freedom.
These values have defined the life I’ve built and the life I continue to build.
Today’s Affirmation
May my actions and my highest values align. ✨
Today’s Poem
by Kellion Knibb
Who are you? I am a story: Unfolding. I am what I have yet to imagine. I am the only version here now.
If you’d like to do a value assessment, start here.
p.s.— I think it’s funny how I’m giving myself the same homework I got in primary school… and liking it. 😅
